What We Do
Twining Consulting is a nationally accredited third-party certification body specializing in the testing, evaluation, listing, and certification of building products. Manufacturers bring us their product; our engineers verify it through independent lab testing, technical review, and ongoing factory quality surveillance — then issue a certification that code officials, architects, and builders can rely on.
Twining Consulting, Inc. dba RADCO is accredited as follows:
- ISO/IEC 17065:2012 – Product Certification Body Accredited by A2LA Certificate No. 7770.01
- ISO/IEC 17025:2017 – Testing Laboratory Accredited by IAS Certificate No. TL-209
- ISO/IEC 17020:2012 – Inspection Body Accredited by IAS Certificate No. AA-650 (Type A)

What does third-party product certification mean?
An independent, accredited body (not the manufacturer), verifies your product meets a recognized standard. Code officials and evaluation agencies rely on that independence.
How long does certification take?
Timelines vary by product category and testing scope. Contact our team for a project-specific estimate.
What products can Twining Consulting certify?
Twelve categories today, spanning insulation, plastics, adhesives, EIFS, structural panels, fenestration, roofing, modular housing components, anchors, water-resistive barriers, gas appliances, and shipping container structures. Custom scopes are available on request.
Does certification expire?
Each Evaluation Report is valid through February of the following year. An annual quality assurance evaluation will be performed, and upon satisfactory results, the Evaluation Report will be renewed for an additional one-year term.

Yes, TwiningConsulting (dba RADCO), is A2LA-accredited to ISO/IEC 17065:2012, CertificateNo. 7770.01, valid to May 31, 2028.
